Black Earth Farming Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Jersey, in the Channel Islands, on 20 April 2005. Black Earth Farming Limited is the holding company for a number of legal entities established under the legislation of Cyprus, Guernsey and the Russian Federation. Those entities together are referred to as the Black Earth Farming Group. The Russian subsidiaries go by the name of Agro-Invest and are headquartered in Voronezh, where the company also holds its key central service functions. In the 2016 financial year, Black Earth Farming had an average of 1,771 employees, compared to an average of 1,804 in 2015.
